Ski Helmet

Fornix

Back Download

This ski helmet uses an aramid construction that is usually found in bike helmets. Its EPS core is fused with reinforcing aramid inlays, leading to weight reduction, better stability and a higher level of protection. The improved ventilation system consists of six ventilation areas on the upper side that can be closed by a sliding mechanism. The front and rear ventilation holes channel air to the back end and then out of the helmet, with the two frontal holes also preventing goggles from fogging.

Statement by the Jury

Fornix stands out due to its low weight and use of aramid for optimal protection in a crash.
