The entrance to the lobby of this sales centre is surrounded by water. In front of it is a large art installation which consists of cube-shaped acrylic lights positioned at various heights to give the impression that the building is floating on the surface of the water. Sweeping, almost fluid-like forms that radiate energy and dynamism dominate the interior. The smooth walls are curved and form a homogeneous unit which also integrates the staircase so that it is concealed from view.
