The lightweight Escapod TOPO2 off-road trailer consists of a one-piece composite fibreglass shell. A PET core made from recycled milk cartons gives the corpus added rigidity and insulation. Specially shaped rain gutters drain off the water and prevent it from entering the interior. The lightweight chassis is made of hot-dip galvanised steel tubes, and the patented suspension system is suitable for off-road use. The extensive storage space, large windows, interior lighting and a fully equipped kitchen in the rear area provide comfort and convenience. The jury was impressed by the design and construction of the trailer, in particularly with respect to the generous amount of available space.
