The device is a stationary transmission system for radio signals. Installation of the relatively small and light system at high altitude locations, for instance on masts or roofs, can be achieved quickly and without complication using bolts and rails, facilitated by a sturdy handle. Functionally sophisticated components support ongoing operation as well as serviceability. The restrained design reflects out-of-door aesthetic requirements.
