Edison Design System

Edison Design System is defined as a platform of user-validated design, code and standards for creating consistent, modern and intuitive health software. Launched in 2020, the system aims to evolve the industry and unify UX across the company GE Healthcare with improved usability and consistency. As craftsmanship is a core tenet, every component features detailed designs, codes and redlines. The system is tailored for healthcare with components such as patient banners, medical specialty icons and guidelines, as well as custom colours for use in dark and light rooms.
