Many women in India who are pregnant or have just given birth do not receive medical check-ups or postnatal care. In addition, the recent pandemic-related stay-at-home directives have made it even more difficult to see a doctor. Cloudnine, a private chain of neonatal and postnatal care facilities, commissioned the design of a mobile app to provide expectant mothers with comprehensive remote medical support and advice. The platform offers several functions for connecting with the clinic and optimises the user journey to the specific application scenario – before, during and after pregnancy.
