Child's Bicycle

This is a self-illuminating children’s bicycle that is entirely manufactured in plastic and weighs only 7kg. Suitable for children ages 3 to 6, the whole vehicle adopts a plastic injection moulding and engineering technique. Its design motivation was to create a safe bicycle for children – one that is also tough, lightweight and capable of preventing injuries as much as possible. Because the injection moulding process is adopted, the whole production and retail cost is low, and the assembly quick. All parts of this bicycle are made with a soft, impact-resistant material. The wheel closure is made with a TPU and PC dual-colour injection moulding which makes the bicycle luminous at night. The bicycle moves without chains and uses a belt drive instead, thus making the cycling process quieter with less possibilities of injury. The bicycle is equipped with a smart board (3G or LTE) that has a communication function, GPS positioning function and a camera that allows the child to take pictures. It is built with a front lamp and built-in speakers for music, which increases the fun in riding. Parents can also track child's location through a mobile phone application, see the child through the camera, and call the child any time.
