Brizzle is a silicone brush with an integrated scoop. The flexible brush head can be bent or pressed flat in order to scoop up liquid from hard-to-reach areas. For example, the kitchen utensil can reach the base of a pan and scoop up a tablespoon of liquid without having to tilt the pan to collect the cooking juices. The food-safe silicone bristles are heatproof, abrasion-resistant and securely attached to the head. The robust material is easy to disinfect and is dishwasher-safe.
