It is suitable for baking, boiling, steaming, grilling and frying, ensuring that no flavours escape the pot. After cooking, the food is served directly in the pot. The product was designed with health-conscious cooking in mind and for delivering a communal experience. When used outdoors, individually filled clay cooking bricks can be stacked like a stone oven around a campfire.
