Brain is a pressure rice cooker for six to ten people. Its design is inspired by the rounded shape of pebbles, consciously distinguishing it from traditional rice cookers. The device is easy to operate, but offers complex functionality. Thanks to its dual pressure system and a specialised heat application algorithm, it optimises the flavours of 15 different types of grain. The manufacturing process uses 20 per cent recycled plastic.
