This multifunctional, AI-supported robot was designed as a service assistant to improve service quality in various industries. Smooth operation of the robot is ensured through precise navigation with flexible obstacle avoidance as well as adaptability to the surrounding environment. At the centre of the construction is an emotional appearance characterised by round shapes. In addition, the robot has an extensive repertoire of polite behaviour and verbal expressions.
