The Avance SpeedTouch is an ergonomic hand blender which can be held with only fingers and thumbs and is controlled with one hand. The grip and trigger switch provide speed and handling controls. The index finger rests intuitively on the SpeedTouch knob which reacts according to pressure, i.e. the more the pressure, the greater the power. Brushed metal, deep gloss and matt textures define the appearance.
