Autumn Sound & Spring View

Chinese poetry and characters provided the inspiration for the design of the poster series “Autumn Sound & Spring View”. Creative fonts and graphic elements were used to develop large-scale motifs depicting a visual interpretation of poems. The fine lines and clear geometric shapes are put together differently in every motif and give each representation its very own character and personality. This effect is emphasised by the colours used, with one motif showing a contrasting and rather cool black-and-white pattern, while another is dominated by warm gold and brown tones.
