The Airhead face mask is intended for use during sports activities in urban outdoor areas with high levels of air pollution. While the primary target group is cyclists, the mask is also suitable for runners, scooter riders and those working outdoors. The jury was especially taken by the “powerful air filtration with ergonomic sealing, which ensures an air-tight fit for all types of faces.” The Airhead is convenient for people who wear glasses, as the two vents on the back prevent lenses from fogging up. The front part of the mask can be easily opened when required: for example, when drinking or talking on the phone.
