Qin Li

As the Vice President of Design at fuseproject, Qin Li leads a dynamic creative team, overseeing Industrial Design, Experience Design, Environments, Visual Design, and CMF. With a commitment to human-centered design, Qin believes in the transformative power of designers to drive cultural change and address global challenges.  

During her tenure at fuseproject, Qin has guided designs to market for diverse clients, spanning Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, non-profits, and entrepreneurs. Her portfolio includes impactful work across AI & robotics, health & wellness, wearable tech, consumer electronics, furniture, retail & exhibition, packaging & soft goods.  

Qin's work has earned global recognition and prestigious awards, including TIME Magazine's 100 Best Inventions of 2020 for the smart bot, Moxie, and the 2023 Design Project of The Year Award from Dezeen for the Cionic Neural Sleeve.  

In addition to her professional achievements, Qin is the 2020 recipient of the Distinguished Alumni Award from the Academy of Art University. She has also demonstrated leadership in the design community by serving as the chair of the board at IDSA from 2018-2021 and currently holding the position of Secretary/Treasurer at IDSA’s Design Foundation.
