Marta Czachorowska believes in the healing power of good design. Together with her team of architects, engineers and designers, she shows how the complex world of medicine can be made patient-friendly. The m+design team aims at giving healthcare facilities, also those in the public sector, a more welcoming ambience. Marta adopts a people-centred approach to medical facility design and has shared these concepts through presentations at design conferences and articles in various art magazines.

Flower Meadow
These flower illustrations serve as a coherent wayfinding and floor plan system for a maternity hospital. The colour coding, which is also used for staff members' name badges and other designs, generates positive associations, thereby creating a pleasant environment for both staff and patients.
