The TV series “Women Who Made History” by German public-service television broadcaster ZDF portrays six highly influential women in world history. The campaign stages these women as self-assured characters on the cover of a modern glossy magazine. These magazine covers in tabloid style are the focus, backed up by photos taken in an editorial style and journalistically pointed headlines that provide ironic teasers on the life stories of these historical women with the aim of promoting the documentary to potential viewers.
