Where Does The Time Go?
Most people who struggle with procrastination are trapped in a vicious cycle of ‘procrastinating, rushing, disappointing, and more procrastinating.’ The designer wants to encourage people to keep track of the time they waste and then work on overcoming procrastination through effective methods.
A hand-cranked book was chosen to depict a day in her life, emphasising the contrast between the established flag and reality, as well as the time loss. According to studies, people only feel a sense of urgency when they realise they are wasting their time and want to change that. As a result, visualising the content can help people see how they are spending their time and what they are wasting their time on, allowing these issues to be better addressed.
