With humour and self-deprecation, this poster presents the motto of a lecture in the area of communication theory. In order to depict the varied requirements placed on design, underpants are used as a leitmotif. On the one hand, they illustrate that design is a fundamental building block of human culture, while on the other they explore the significance of design. The wide range of creative ideas is reflected in the arrangement of the typography, their individual elements held together by a uniform design language.
