U-Series™

The distinctly designed knives of the U-Series accentuate the innovatively shaped handles with different colour surfaces making them an eye-catcher. Ergonomically mature, the knives lie comfortably and safely in the hand. They are well balanced, and due to their material properties, they cut with only minimum effort. The stamped blades are extremely sharp; manufactured from shining stainless steel, they follow a tapered form language. The serrated bread and tomato knives permit comfortable, easy and precise handling without crumbling or splashing fruit juice. Corresponding in colour with the handle, a strong sheath protects the blade from scratches when the knife is stored with other items in the drawer. In addition, it allows safe transport of the knife. The sheath colours match the colour accents at the knife handles so as to be more easily assigned.
