The Heart and Mind Sound Concept

The distinct visual presentation of the international technology conference, with its bold colours and geometrical shapes, laid the foundation for the sound concept. Sound designer Martin Hallberg translated the triangle, the square and the circle into sound waves, represented acoustically – and optically by means of decorations on the conference site – by instruments such as the bass clarinet, bowed strings and Moog synthesisers. Further sound effects and surprising elements enhance the collage aesthetics of the conference’s overall arrangement.
