Technology Flap

The objective pursued in the design of the technology flap was its perfect integration into the desktop. With two variants, it provides all necessary connection options for notebooks and tablet PCs when the lid is opened. The connections for power, image transmission, audio and data network are embedded in the glass surface, with illuminated, sensitive buttons dominating the design. The colour change of the button confirms the function. When closed, the connector panel conveys the unity of furniture and technology.

Here, technology becomes visible only when required. When the lid is opened, the connections appear in a clearly arranged and user-friendly way.
