Ta(l)king Down the Invisible Wall
Decades after the Berlin Wall came down, German society is once again divided on many issues. The chat forum “Diskutier Mit Mir” (Discuss with me) makes these invisible walls visible by means of augmented reality. At the same time, it encourages participants to enter into a dialogue with people who think differently. The project was flanked by a multichannel campaign using digital out-of-home advertising, social media and display ads. It also applied programming techniques that were, at the time of implementation, not widely used yet in browser-based mobile environments.
