Swiss Film Award – Quartz Case

The Quartz Case serves as special packaging for the Quartz trophy, which is bestowed annually at the Swiss Film Award ceremony. To fulfil the need for a protective, practical and aesthetically convincing solution, the package is crafted as a single piece consisting of multiple layers of cardboard fitted exactly to the trophy. Easy to open like a suitcase, it houses the glass trophy safely inside. Held in place by tailored cut-outs in the material, the trophy still remains mostly visible when packed in the case. A magnetic lock complements and enhances the value of the packaging.
