The Surface Book is a very thin notebook with a special hinge that allows it to be transformed into a clipboard or tablet. The touch display is optimally aligned for input with the included stylus and offers space for creative tasks. The design of the notebook is functional, with the characteristic hinge as a striking feature. It is equipped with four rotational points to allow the notebook screen to bend easily and steadily all the way around to become a clipboard folio. As an additional option, the keyboard may be detached to operate the device in tablet mode. Detaching and reattaching the keyboard is achieved at the simple push of a button.
