Smart Infant Carrier

The Smart Infant Carrier is an all-in-one baby carrier and baby safety car seat that comes with a detachable and foldable compact baby stroller. This stroller can be opened and closed with a one-hand operation and fits easily in the trunk of any car, thanks to the retractable handle of the carrier. Beside occupying less space in the car, the Smart Infant Carrier further minimises the risk of misuse since there are no fixed elements that remain installed and end users are required to check the installation in the car every time. The Smart Infant Carrier is equipped with an electronic system that comprises 5 main sensors for: the presence of the baby on board (anti-abandon system); signalling a warning when the body temperature of the baby rises above the comfort level; the successful installation of both ISOfix connectors; the correct positioning of the top tether; and the correct positioning of the handle as an anti-rebound device. The ISOfix connectors that are designed for the purpose of this car seat uses a lightweight and highly resistant material. They are placed inside a ISOlodging (integrated into the carrier’s body) that opens when being used in the car and closes when used outside the car. Integrated ISOfix connectors eliminates the need for a ISOfix base.
