The SmallRig Frame for Insta360 X3 holds the camera in a robust, protective cage made of an aluminium alloy. The upper part of the frame is plastic so as not to disrupt the wireless connection between the camera and the smartphone. Several threaded holes and cold shoes make it possible to attach camera accessories to the frame, which in turn can be mounted on a tripod. The scope of delivery also includes an elastic silicone cap for the camera lenses. In terms of design, the jury praised the clean lines of the frame, which adds relatively little bulk to the camera while supporting a variety of extensions.
