The operating concept of the RollerMouse Re:d differs from a conventional computer mouse: the mouse pointer is controlled with a roller bar, thus reducing hand motion to a minimum. The roller bar has a soft, non-slip surface that offers optimum control. It utilises seven sensors for tracking the user’s hand movements and for allowing precise control of the mouse pointer. The device is fitted with snap-on wrist rests that support the wrists and hands of the user. The aluminium body of the mouse is placed centrally in front of the user to guarantee an optimised working position.
