Red Dot exhibition poster: Digilog601

These exhibition posters feature strong visual imagery with the aim of visualising the digilog concept of the Red Dot Design Award. The series expresses the concept as a living thing by overlapping Frog Script to create the shapes of biological creatures. The initial letters of the motifs “XY”, “TS”, “EW” and “FT” were arranged to form skeletons and symbols that correspond to the individual motifs and complete the shapes of the bodies. Each poster features two complementary colours chosen to embody the concept of mutual production. This restrained use of colour also makes the detail in the posters stand out.
