As part of a lighting series, this wall lamp was designed for installation in bathrooms. With its integrated magnifying mirror, Orb offers an interesting added benefit. Inspired by the mechanical perfection of an orrery, the adjustable mirror orbits around a luminaire ball at the centre. The moving parts are filigree and yet robust, while their simplicity conceals a complex technology. A lamp version without the mirror is also available.
