One Paper Box is a design method to build packages from only one piece of paper. The concept has been developed for a series of electronic products. It dispenses with the inner structure of a paper box and works with a supporting structure that simply needs to be folded or glued at the edges. The environmentally friendly idea behind this is to reduce packaging waste by using recyclable paper instead of plastic. In addition, the fact that less manual labour, less material and less assembly work is required to produce the boxes allows cost-efficient manufacturing.
