The design concept for the Swiss restaurant chain “not guilty” aims to convey a philosophy of openness, harmony with nature and joy. A long, open space welcomes the guests with its inviting-looking, natural oak wood flooring combined with a mixture of delicate white and pastel tones. The focal points in the entrance area are formed by a colourful salad bar and a menu board designed in a kitchen hutch form. Even from outside, the eyes of the guests are immediately directed towards the tables in the rear part of the restaurant.
