Mi AI Speaker-S is a smart speaker that is operated via voice and touch control. It displays the time, plays music, features a telephone function and allows the control of smart home devices. The user interface is designed to show only relevant information in order to disturb the environment as little as possible. The font size was chosen for good readability. The understated design ensures that the speaker will not disturb users when inactive, for instance by having the speaker’s screen show different clocks instead of ads.
