The aim of this brand design relaunch was to simplify the business group’s main brands. The challenge was to create a brand design that would allow new funeral homes to be easily integrated into the existing design system without needing to change their names. The result of the design process is a family of logos with recognisable patterns and statements on the brand’s shared values. The idea of the design concept is based on the feeling of security experienced when stepping into a light-flooded gothic cathedral. In this way, the appearance manages to exude a restrained, handcrafted feel without looking old fashioned.
