Lighthouse
This device aims to encourage active listening and empathy within a conversation among group members. Individual voice data is visualised and represented with changes of colour and opacity in real time. For example, if a person speaks in an aggressive manner, their light on the device will turn red or if a person is not contributing much to the conversation their light will fade away. The Lighthouse app visualises the data of the users’ conversation performance, thus leading to better communication skills.
