iSagy BIM Energy Management Platform

The iSagy BIM energy management platform is a 3D monitoring system for buildings that complements a building energy management system with building information modeling (BIM). For this, it integrates and condenses complex sets of data of a building, such as design data, energy consumption data, tenant-related data and environmental quality data. It then enters these data into BIM in order to realise 3D visualisations to be used for the operation and maintenance of the building. The use of this 3D technology, which depicts the relation between different data, also allows to develop targeted and precise energy-saving measures.
