Thanks to its revolutionary manufacturing process, this bike is a true novelty: a fully automated assembly line produces the components and then assembles a seamless frame. The carbon tubes are seamlessly woven by a radial braiding machine and optimised to their specific load. In addition, half-shells with a precise inner and outer shape allow the production of meticulously manufactured tube connections. This production method not only ensures brand-specific system integration, but also the manufacturing of different sizes and geometries.
