HyperDeck Shuttle

The HyperDeck Shuttle is a portable, battery-powered video recorder that can record uncompressed video directly from the image sensor of a consumer or professional video camera. It records to removable solid-state disks, replacing the expensive digital tape solutions. This minimalist design is reminiscent of a black box flight recorder, featuring an aluminium body and tactile, positive click buttons to avoid accidental activation. The solid-state disk is inserted through a large opening, which allows for a quick swapping of disks and reduces down time in recording to a minimum.

The innovative HyperDeck Shuttle replaces conventional, cumbersome digital recording. The jury was impressed by its reduced, elegant appeal and high functionality.
