The HeartStart FR3 defibrillator automatically turns on when the case is opened, which leaves the user free to fully focus on attaching the pads. Pre-connected, immediately attachable electrodes that are not foil-wrapped reduce the preparation time. With its weight of only 1.6 kg, the device is particularly lightweight. In addition to audio instructions, the high-resolution LCD display also provides image- and text-based directions.
