Online Platform, Smart TV App
Channel Hyundai
Seeking a distribution platform that would be non-face-to-face, as the pandemic constituted a paradigm shift, Hyundai Motor Company built a video-oriented environment accessible from various devices. It provides various menus leading to a range of video content: a “Live” menu where customers can join live-streamed events and a “TV” menu where topics such as social messaging, culture, arts and sports can be browsed. The “Models” menu, moreover, offers vivid experiences for exploring new vehicles and obtaining specific information. In addition to offering content for exploration, the platform is intended to form the basis for purchase and aftersales service experiences in the future.
