BoschGlobe – 125 Jahre Bosch
On the occasion of Bosch’s 125th anniversary, a microsite with the BoschGlobe, functioning as communicative agent, was developed. The interactive globe connects geo-referred live data with historical highlights. The user learns a lot of interesting facts about the company’s founding and the development throughout different periods of time as well as business locations and product images. World topics like demographic change and climate change as well as wishes for the future complete the time frame in the BoschGlobe. Large, complex amounts of data are aggregated in real time, visualised in 3D and can be explored interactively and intuitively. The technical realisation is based on an innovative combination of Flash and Flex.
