BER Berlin Brandenburg Airport

The concise corporate font BER and a pictogram font with more than 100 icons were designed especially for the Berlin Brandenburg Airport in accordance with the design attributes of the brand: clean and classic, but with a surprising lightness. The tapered ends of the letters provide clarity, the diagonal cuts and “flight shapes” offer lightness and distinction. For the localization of the font, the characteristic “tz” ligature of Berlin’s street signs was also implemented. The type family comprises sans serif fonts in various weights as well as an Antiqua series.
