BEOS Report 2018

BEOS AG is a leading asset manager and developer of corporate real estate in Germany. The annual report 2018 of BEOS focuses on the densification of real estate. This kind of optimisation of buildings and areas enables a more intensive use of the property through structural measures. The focus is already set in the title by illustrative typography and runs through the entire report. This brings the complex topic closer to the reader in an interactive way, and the altar folds make “densification” tangible by simply folding open.
