Automatic Cutting 'zero Waste' System

This is an automatic paper cutting system composed of modules for paper taking, cutting and unloading. The breakthrough idea is in improving the width and depth of cutting. It is built with the latest 15.6-inch wide LCD display with real high-resolution colour and full touch control. Eight languages are available at the same time. It displays the size of the paper pre- and post-cut. The maximum speed of the 'paper pusher' reaches 28 metres per minute. Data can be imported or exported through a USB interface, allowing users to programme and manage the process via their personal computers. It has a strong fault diagnosis function and safety protection in the event of misoperation. It detects all the status of the trip switches and dynamically prompts the switch faults, making the maintenance of the machine more convenient. The 'paper pusher' is driven by a servo drive system and the speed has four grade options. With the automatic paper pushing function, the paper pushing distance and the time delay of the cutting tool can be set accurately and conveniently with parameters.
