A World Full of Possibilities
With this recruiting film, Banco Santander presents itself as offering “a world full of possibilities” with an engaging corporate culture. The visual language of the film conveys the message that the bank spreads out across the globe and across many disciplines, thus offering employees room to develop, evolve and create something new. In addition, adding up several layers of paper to form a bigger picture, each new layer adds new meaning to the story. The film thus wants to demonstrate how different influences unite to become something bigger, which is nonetheless always moving and always reinventing itself.
