Red Dot Award: Communication Design - Winners will be published in International Yearbook Communication Design

The registration phase of the Red Dot Award: Communication Design 2017 is currently underway. The Red Dot Award opens agencies, designers and companies the doors to a worldwide network of creative and design-oriented companies and offers the winners exclusive opportunities to communicate their success. One of the “Winners' Benefits” is the presentation of the award-winning work and its makers in the International Yearbook Communication Design.

Two volumes full of inspiration
For many years, the yearbooks of the Red Dot Design Award have been among the international standards for excellent design. Companies, journalists, planners and designers from all over the world use them for their daily work and keep them as collectors' items and as an archive of excellent designs.

The International Yearbook Communication Design consists of two volumes devoted to the different areas of communication design. Together they form the state of the art and the current trends of the worldwide creative scene. From packaging design to posters, typographies, online projects and advertising campaigns to annual reports and apps - the award-winning works presented in words and pictures show the latest developments, potentials and trends in the industry. It is completed with the compendium of designer portraits and interviews, including the “Red Dot: Brand of the Year” and “Red Dot: Agency of the Year”.

Red Dot Award: Communication Design 2017
For 25 years the Red Dot Award: Communication Design has provided agencies, designers and companies from all over the world with a platform for the evaluation of their design and creative achivements. They are currently invited to submit their works and projects into the international competition, featuring 18 categories. A 24-member jury will evaluate every single entry individually and award the Red Dot seal only to those who convince with good design quality and creativity. The regular registration phase runs until 14 May. “Latecomers” can submit their projects by 9 June 2017 at the latest.
