Red Dot Award: Communication Design 2016 - Submissions in the regular phase only until 12 May 2016

Until 12 May 2016, the international creative scene is invited to submit their best works to the Red Dot Award: Communication Design during the regular phase. After that, the latecomer registration begins. It’s the last possibility to take part in the competition and ends on 10 June 2016.

Awarding the most innovative campaigns from the world of communication design

The Red Dot Award: Communication Design is geared toward creative talents, from agencies to design offices and freelancers to companies. There are a total of 21 categories available for participants to prove their talent and be assessed in an international context. In addition to the individual awards each year the honorary titles Red Dot: Agency of the Year und Red Dot: Brand of the Year will be awarded for special achievements. The Red Dot Award: Communication Design also provides a platform for up-and-coming designers. The best piece of work of an apprentice, a student or young graduate will be decorated with the Red Dot: Junior Prize along with prize money of 10,000 EUR.

Winners will be honoured in the creative metropolis Berlin

Once again this year, Red Dot will be celebrating in the creative metropolis of Berlin. On 4 November 2016, the winners of the competition will be honoured as part of the Red Dot Gala in the Konzerthaus Berlin. Afterwards, the international creative scene will celebrate at one of Berlin’s best locations, the “E-Werk”. The opening of the winners' exhibition "Design on Stage" will also take place there at the same time.
