Half-time for the Red Dot Award: Communication Design 2017 – regular registration phase ends on 14 May

Only until 14 May, agencies, designers and companies from around the globe have the opportunity to enter their design and creative achievements during the “Regular” registration phase in the Red Dot Award: Communication Design 2017. “Latecomer” can register their works and projects by 9 June the latest. For participation, there are 18 categories which present the spectrum of international communication design.

Participation in the Red Dot Award 2017
In its anniversary year, the Red Dot Award: Communication Design offers experienced jurors, up-and-coming talents and design-oriented companies – all those who back on good design and creativity regarding communications – a platform for evaluating their achievements. From packaging and posters, corporate and brand design to advertising, online and spatial communication – depending on the nature of the work, it can be registered in one or several categories. Entries can be submitted as an original, a presentation chart, digitally or in cross-media form.

The Red Dot: seal for good design and creative achievements
Only persuasive entries are awarded with the international quality seal “Red Dot” by the jury. Outstanding projects win a Red Dot: Best of the Best, and the Red Dot: Grand Prix goes to the best piece of work in each category. The best work by an up-and-coming designer is awarded the Red Dot: Junior Prize along with prize money of 10,000 Euros. In addition, the titles of honour “Red Dot: Agency of the Year” and “Red Dot: Brand of the Year” are bestowed for consistently outstanding achievements. The winners of the Red Dot Award: Communication Design 2017 will be honoured at the Red Dot Gala in the Konzerthaus Berlin in Germany on 27 October in front of around 1,400 international guests.
