The annual report released by WIRO, a large real estate company in Rostock, consists of two books. The first book is entitled “Wohnfühlbericht” (Feel-Good Report) and takes its readers on a city tour of the important “stations” of the past financial year in a hop-on hop-off manner. A rubber band incorporated into the cover holds the two books together and creates a connection between the entertaining part and the factual report. The books come in a red-and-white printed bag that takes the sightseeing feeling to a visual and haptic level evoking emotions associated with a holiday souvenir.
