The Skye Chair is a simple take on the traditional steel tube chair, which has a light tubular steel frame, a generously curved seat and a backrest made of thin laminated veneer. The concept is focused on providing exceptional comfort in a visually lightweight and elegant chair. The Skye Chair is derived from the beam structure. Its monolithic skeleton is made of bent iron tubes and its structure is simple and efficient, providing strength and stability with a reduced and minimal frame.
